Generations of experience
The Kaufmans have been active multifamily investors in NYC and Boston dating back to the 1940's. Since 2012 the team has grown in size and expertise resulting in a newly acquired footprint of 20+ multifamily and senior LIHTC assets in nine states totaling 2800 units.

PRIMROSE OF CEDAR HILL
Just south of Dallas is this attractive 132 unit LIHTC senior property acquired in late 2017. Our family investor group is actively seeking additional similar investments in the Lone Star State.

MEADOWS AT SALEM RUN
Located in Fredericksburg, Virginia in the heart of our Mid-Atlantic property cluster is our largest senior property consisting of 180 senior LIHTC units.

REGENCY ARMS APARTMENTS
Acquired in early 2017, Regency Arms Apartments is our largest current asset consisting of 406 units. The combination LIHTC and market property has undergone significant value-add upgrades under The Kaufman Properties ownership.

MEADOWS AT ANCHOR BAY
Our 100 unit LIHTC senior property located about an hour north of Detroit offers a myriad of events for residents and is adjacent to scenic Lake St. Clair.

VILLAGE SQUARE
Located in Denver's northwest suburbs, this 108 unit multifamily property was acquired in 2012.
